To Save images:

WINDOWS

- Right click with your mouse on the image
- Using the dialog box, select "Save Image As..."
- Save the image with whatever file name you    wish to use

MACINTOSH

- Click on the image you want and hold down    the mouse button
- Select "Save Image As..."
- Save the image with whatever file name you    wish to use
